Senior Graphic Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team with a primary focus on designing visual elements for our mobile app. You will lead the creation and management of all graphical resources, including website graphics, app UI elements, Discord content, videos, posters, logos, and icons. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to drive the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-quality graphical elements for our mobile app, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Oversee the creation of visual assets for our website, including banners, icons, and other graphic elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Develop and manage content for Discord, including custom graphics and icons, to enhance community engagement.
- Produce dynamic videos and animations for marketing and promotional use.
- Design posters, flyers, and other print materials to support various campaigns and events.
- Create, refine, and uphold the brand’s visual identity through logos, icons, and other branding materials.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and the marketing team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Manage a library of design assets and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible for cross-platform use.
- Stay current with design trends and integrate innovative design techniques, especially in mobile and web design, into your work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a senior role, showcasing a strong portfolio that includes mobile app designs, website graphics, and print materials.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing for mobile platforms.
- Experience with 3D content creation and AR design is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
- An online or offline portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills and creativity is a mandatory requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Strong knowledge of AR design principles and experience integrating AR into graphic design projects.
- Familiarity with Discord and community engagement strategies.
