Device information such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device if you access the Vyry app through a mobile device.

Data from Social Networks:

User information from social networking sites, such as Discord, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts if you connect your account to such social networks.

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

• To operate and maintain the Vyry app and Discord server.

At Phygtl, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, especially in preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). As part of our dedication to user safety, we implement the following measures:
+Zero-Tolerance Policy:
Vyry has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. We do not allow content, communication, or activities that involve or promote CSAE. Any such activity discovered within the Vyry app or on the associated Discord server will result in immediate action, including but not limited to the deletion of content, banning of the user, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
+ Reporting and Responding to CSAE Content:
If you encounter or suspect any content that may involve CSAE, we encourage you to report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly. All reports will be reviewed promptly, and, if necessary, forwarded to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

+ Monitoring and Moderation:
We utilize both automated tools and human moderators to monitor user-generated content for any signs of CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to, the monitoring of images, text, and video content uploaded by users. Any content deemed to be in violation of our CSAE policy will be removed, and the responsible user will face account suspension or termination.
+ Collaboration with Authorities:
We cooperate with law enforcement and other child protection organizations to ensure that any instance of CSAE is dealt with in accordance with applicable laws. We will work with authorities to investigate and take necessary actions regarding any CSAE-related incidents.
+ User Education:
We are committed to educating our users about the importance of creating a safe and respectful environment. Vyry provides educational materials on how to recognize and report CSAE content and behavior.
